Condos to castles was founded by Michael Cote’, who has 25yrs of homeownership experience in all types of home structures. Born in a family of mechanical engineers, and do it yourself family. As he grew up in southern California, Michael was literally born with a screwdriver in his hand, and was building his first car, before he was old enough to drive. We have taken all our years of hard work and knowledge in all aspects of repairs, maintenance and security, developed and pioneered specialty customer service programs for home and property owners; as well as for businesses, and consumers for over 20 years. Michael Cote ’has earned his Diploma from the American Marine Institute in Daytona Beach FL. Michael has been in the service industry for over 20 years, and had held large responsible positions with major real-estate companies, providing property preservation, relocation companies, and residential repairs, large and small.

Michael Cote’ has distinguished himself in project management and a variety of leadership roles while employed with a large rock wall construction company. Michael brings integrity, a focus and attention to detail that our clients come to rely on, in managing their residential, investment and/or commercial property.
